When we first prayed about planting a Filipino-Asian, international church, we had more questions than answers. We remember the long drives, the small gatherings, and the quiet moments asking the Lord, "Where do we even begin?" Out of that journey grew our Church Planting Strategy ministry.
We sit down with church planters, small congregations, and sending churches to walk through the very things we wrestled with: calling, community, culture, and timing. We open Scripture together, talk honestly about fears and hopes, and start shaping a plan that is rooted in prayer rather than in pressure to grow quickly. We ask questions like, "Who is God already bringing to you?" and "Where are the overlooked corners of your town?" Practically, we help you think through gathering a core team, clarifying your message, building simple rhythms of worship, discipleship, and outreach, and forming healthy relationships with associations and conventions. We also talk about the slower, hidden work - visiting homes, caring for the elderly, sharing meals, and learning the stories of your neighbors - because we have seen how God often uses those quiet acts to open big doors.
In every conversation, we remind planters that they are not alone. Our own story includes the prayer support and wise counsel of men and women who walked with us, sometimes one phone call at a time. Now we gladly offer the same. Whether you are dreaming of a new work, revitalizing a small fellowship, or supporting a planter from your home church, we are ready to listen, pray, and help you take the next faithful step toward planting a Christ-centered, mission-minded congregation in your community.
