New Believer Discipleship

New Believer Discipleship

Many of us still remember the day we first truly understood that Jesus died for us personally. There was joy, but also many questions: How do I pray? What happens when I fail? Where do I start in the Bible? Our New Believer Discipleship grew out of sitting at kitchen tables with new Christians, opening Scripture, and walking through those very questions slowly and kindly.

This journey usually begins one-on-one or in a very small group. Over several weeks, we cover simple, essential truths: what it means to be saved, how we can be sure of God's forgiveness, why baptism matters, and how to build daily habits of Bible reading and prayer. We talk about the Holy Spirit, joining a church family, and how to share your new faith with loved ones without pressure or fear. We use clear language, printed guides, and plenty of time for conversation. Many of our disciplers are men and women who themselves came to Christ as adults, so they remember how strange church words can sound at first. They will not rush you or embarrass you; instead, they will walk beside you, pray with you, and celebrate each step of growth.

As you move forward, we gently connect you with our Bible Study Classes, worship gatherings, and, when you are ready, opportunities to serve. Our aim is not just to pass on information, but to help you build a living relationship with Jesus and find your place in His family.

If you have recently trusted Christ, or if you are quietly returning to Him after being away, this discipleship path will help you stand firm, understand what God has done in you, and begin a new life of following Him with confidence and joy.
